Answer: Every student who is registered for classes has an account. Visit the Computer Labs for assistance.
Answer: Only you know your password. If you do not know your password you may request a new one at the Computer Lab.
Answer: Every registered student is assigned an email address.
Answer: Your student email address is your username@student.roguecc.edu. If you do not know what your username is please visit a Conputer Lab for assistance.
Answer: There are 2 ways you can access your email on campus.
Log onto a computer
- Access your email by clicking on the Microsoft Outlook link from the start menu
- Access your email from the internet using this website: https://student.roguecc.edu. The website will open a new window where you will log in with your username and password you use on campus. Detailed instructions can be found HERE.

Answer: To log into student resources you will need to know your student id number or your SSN and your PIN number or password. The first time you log in your PIN / Password will be your birthday month and day. You will then be asked to set up a PIN / Password that you will remember.
Answer: Your WebCT ID is your 7 digit student ID number. Your password will be “changeme” not including the quotes the first time you log in. It will then prompt you to change your password. Do not create a new account on the WebCT site. When you register for a class or classes WebCT automatically creates your account for you.
Answer: You can access your RCC drives at home by downloading and using a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client. There are instructions on how to download the FTP client found on the RCC Computer Labs website. Here is a link to the PDF file. There will be a link in the pdf file to a download site for the client.
